摘要
目的探讨心理素质训练对培养和改善理工院校大学生心理素质的作用。方法对昆明理工大学107名在校生进行心理素质训练,对比训练前后测"大学生心理素质问卷",将得分进行量的分析。结果心理素质的反映性、元认知特性、创造性、动力特征等方面有明显改变。结论心理素质训练可以有效地提高理工院校大学生心理素质中认知特性的非实践性成分和个性的动力特征。
Objective To discuss how to improve the mental quality of engineering university students with group psychological guidance. Methods To choose 107 students in Kunming University of Science and Technology as subjects. The effects of intervention were compared by the mental quality with group psychological guidance. Results Reflectivity, recta-cognition, creativity and motivation of mental quality of engineering university students had significant differences between before and after guidance. Conclusion Group psychological guidance can improve the mental quality of engineering university students.
