摘要
从某高校人才引进出发,结合绩效管理理论,论述了人才引进中的"外员"与"内员"待遇均衡问题。
Starting from the brain gain in some universities, and connecting with the performance management theory, this paper discusses the treatment equilibrium of external talents and internal talents in the brain gain.
