摘要
以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)作乳化剂,十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为催化剂,通过八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)开环聚合,在一定条件下合成了端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷微乳液.分析了聚合温度、聚合时间、预乳化时间、乳化剂和催化剂的用量对单体转化率和乳液透光率的影响.确定了最佳合成工艺条件:65℃下反应5h,OP-10和DBSA用量分别为微乳液质量的4%~5%和3%~4%,预乳液滴加时间为1.5~2h.产品为半透明乳液,略泛蓝光,具有优异的稳定性能.
With polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ethers (OP-10) as emulsifier and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) as catalyst, hydroxy organosilicon microemulsion was prepared through octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4) open-ring polymerization under certain conditions. Reaction temperature and time, the dropping time of pre-emulsification, the weight percentages of OP-10 and DBSA to the microemulsion on monomer coversion and emlsion transparency were discussed. The optimal synthetic conditions were determined as followed; reaction temperature is 65℃, reaction time is 5h, the weight percentages of OP-10 and DBSA to the microemulsion emulsion are respectively 4% ~5 % and 3 % ~4%, the dropping time of pre-emulsification is 1.5~2h. The product is a translucent emulsion with excellent stability, light blue color.
