摘要
通过八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)与端基为乙烯基的硅烷偶联剂聚合,制得聚硅氧烷乳液;再与丙烯酸酯单体进行共聚反应,合成了硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。讨论了乳化剂配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对乳液聚合反应的影响。得出了较佳的工艺条件:阴离子型乳化剂和非离子型乳化剂按1/1~1/2的质量比复配且用量为丙烯酸酯单体质量的2%~3%,D4开环聚合的反应温度为65~75℃,反应时间为2.5~3.5h,硅烷偶联剂的用量为D4质量的15.0%~17.5%,丙烯酸酯硬单体的质量分数为20%左右,即硬/软单体的配比为1:4左右;引发剂的用量为丙烯酸酯单体质量的1.2%左右。红外光谱证实,聚硅氧烷中的双键与丙烯酸酯单体发生了共聚反应。采用由硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液配制的印花涂料印花的织物,手感柔软、滑爽。
The siloxane emulsion was synthesized from the polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and the silane coupler containing vinyl. Then it had copolymerization with acrylate, finally the siloxane-acrylate printing adhesive with good performance was synthesized。The effect of proportion of emulsion, temperature and time on the emulsion polymeration was discussed. The result showed that when the mass of anion emulsion and non-ion emulsion was 1/1~1/2, the content of emulsion was 2%~3% of acrylate, the emulsion porformed well; the ringopening temperature was 65~75℃, time was 2.5~3.5 h, the emulsion looked transparent and had good stability. When the content of coupler was 15~17.5% of D_4, the emulsion had good stability. It would not affect the molecule compatibility of silicone and acrylate. The acrylate hard monomer was 20%, whose hard/soft was 1∶4, the polysiloxane acrylate resin film had good extensibility, the film strength was good; the content of initiator was 1.2% the monomer mass of acrylate, the acrylate had high monomer conversion, without agglomerate. IR analysis showed that double bond in polysiloxane reacted with acrylate, the adhesion therefrom had the properties of both silione and acrylate, giving the fabrics treated with polysiloxane-acrylate printing adhesive with soft and smooth hand-feel.
