摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,探讨学生专业成绩和个性特征与心理控制源倾向的关系。结果表明:情绪稳定、性格偏内向和非精神质特征可促进专业成绩的提高;心理控制源偏内控者专业成绩高于偏外控者。说明某些心理因素对学习行为的有效性产生明显的影响。
Based on documentation, questionnaire and mathematic statistics, making a research on the relation between the PE majors' academic achievement and personal traits and locus of control. The results indicates : The emotional stability, introverted and nonpsychoticism traits can improve the academic achievement. The internal controller of locus of control can get higher scores in academic learning than the external. It tells us some psychological factors would make obvious influence on the effectivity of learning.
