摘要
根据筒阀的作用及其机构特点,提出筒阀同步控制系统的设计要求及技术指标。在对比分析水轮机筒阀两种同步控制方式,即机械同步与电气液压同步的基础上,提出了一种新的机械、液压、电气同步控制方式。针对该系统的组成和工作原理,具体分析设计了液压同步控制系统的控制阀组、马达分流模块、配油模块;电气同步控制系统的位置测量模块、PLC控制模块等。该控制系统在云南红河南沙水电站得到实际应用,其同步控制精度和速度控制指标均达到设计要求。
The design requirement and technology guideline of electro-hydraulic synchronous control system is formulated based on the function and structure characteristic of ring gate. A new control mode, which combines mechanics, hydraulics and electrics, is presented to address the motion synchronization problem after contrasting two different synchronous control systems, namely mechanical synchronization and electro-hydraulic synchronization. On the subject of the composition and working principle of the proposed system, the control module, motor diffluence module and distribution module of hydraulic system, position detecting module and PLC control module of electric system are analyzed and designed. The synchronous precision and control capacity of velocity achieve design requirement of the proposed system by application in hydropower plant of Yunnan Honghe Nansha
