摘要
阐述电液同步控制系统的原理,分析影响系统性能的主要因素,建立系统的数学模型,设计系统模糊控制器,并利用Matlab进行仿真研究。仿真分析表明:由一个模糊同步控制器和两个模糊PID控制器组成的控制系统能有效地提高同步系统的性能,同步精度可达千分之一。
A electro-hydraulic motion synchronous control system was introduced,the main influencing factors for system performance was analyzed.The system mathematical model was established,fuzzy controller was designed and the simulation research was done by using Matlab.Simulation results clarify that the control system consists of one-fuzzy coordination controller and two individual PID-fuzzy controller can improve system synchronization performance efficiently,with maximum synchronization error within thousandth.
