同步控制涡流室式柴油机有害排放物的研究

摘要 为同步降低涡流室式柴油机中NOx和PM两种排放物,研究分析了涡流室式柴油机NOx和颗粒中主要成分-碳粒生成机理,并采用同步控制措施对195型涡流室式柴油机进行了改进,有害排放物测试实验对比结果表明,NOx和PM均低于国家的排放标准的限值,并达到欧Ⅲ排放水平。 In order to reduce synchronously harmful exhaust emission such as NOx and particle matter in swirl chamber diesel engine,their forming mechanisms were studied and analyzed,and some improvements by using synchronous control measurements were brought into effect in 195 model swirl chamber diesel engine.The results reveal that harmful exhaust emission such as NOx and particle matter in swirl chamber diesel engine are lower than minimum of China exhaust emission and can reach the standard of Europe Ⅲ.
