摘要
测定了气升式生化反应器的相关参数,建立了相应的传氧方程。采用不同生化反应器进行衣康酸发酵.结果表明,采用气升式生比反应器与机械搅拌罐相比,提高产酸14%,提高转化率16%,生产能力提高38%。
This paper studied the characteristics of the air-lift bioreactor. The experimantalcharacteristics equations of the air-lift bioreactor were gained through the experiments andregression of the experiments data. The air - lift bioreactor was used for itaconic acidfermentation. It had been demonstrated that using this air -lift bioreactor enabled a 14%increase of itaconic acid concentration, 16% increase of the yield of itaconic acid, 38%increase of itaconic acid production rate than using the stirred tank.
