摘要
应用牛顿性和非牛顿性的试验体系对SMⅢ型内循环气升式生化反应器内的能耗分布进行了分析和研究·试验体系的密度为1000-1700kg·m^-3,粘度为0.0001~0.27Pa·s,试验气量为2~6m^3·h^-1,并根据测定的气含率和循环波速,对反应器内各部分的能耗进行了理论计算和分析,并根据能耗分布对反应器的性能进行了评价。
The energy consumption of different areas in a SMm airlift reactor was investigated, using Newtonian and non-Newtonian experimental systems. The density of the experimental systems ramges from 1 000 to 1 800 kg·m^-3, the viscosity ranges from 0.000 1 to 0.27 Pa·s, and the gas flow rate ranges from 2 to 6 m^3·h^-1. The energy consumption of different areas in the reactor was analyzed theoretically and calculated using experimental data, the character of the reactor was also evaluated on the basis of the energy consumption dissipation.
