摘要
基于对实际应用中气升式循环发酵罐的分析研究,提出了一种新的动力输入方式,并由此开发了内外双环流气升式发酵罐。在130m ̄3发酵罐中进行谷氨酸发酵试验表明:无菌压缩空气耗量比一般气升式发酵罐减少50%,与通气搅拌式发酵罐相比空气耗量减少12%,,总能量消耗分别下降了23%和25%。
ased on analyses and research of alr-lift circulating fermentation tanks in application,a new type of energy in- put was proposed,and the double external and internal cir- culating air-lift fermentation tanks was developed in this condition. The fermentating experiment of glutamic aeid in a130m ̄3 fermentation tank showed that the consumption of axenic compressed air of the double external and internal circulating air-lift fermentation tanks was less 50%than that of common air-lift fermentation tanks.the air com-sumption of the tanks was less l 2%than that of stirring fermentation tanks,the total energy consumption of the tanks reduced 23%and 25%in respective comparison with those of common air-lift fermentation tanks and stirring fermentation tanks.
