摘要
对液固环流反应器中固体的流动行为进行了考察。采用互相关技术测量固体的流速。通过实验得出了反应器内固体流动的完全分布状况。实验结果表明,在导流筒内,固体速度在轴向上有一个突变的区域,在径向呈"M"型分布;固体相含率在轴向上符合散式流态化的规律,在不同的径向位置固含率是不同的。在环隙中,固体速度和相含率的分布都比较均匀。
The solid flow behavior in liquidsolid loop reactors was reviewed. The crosscorrelation technology was used to measure solid velocity. It was obtained that the total distribution of solid velocity and loading from experiment. It was shown from experiments that in drafttube, solid velocity have a sudden change in axial direction, and with 'M'type distribution in radial. And the solid loading accord with particulate fluidization in axial, in different radial, the solid distribution were also different. It was also found that in annular space, the distribution of solid velocity and loading are homogeneous.
