作为经济发展不可或缺的石油资源供需缺口日益扩大 ,已经严重威胁到我国的国防、经济安全。保障能源安全、开发替代能源产业及产品是我国一项基本国策。在以煤炭作为能源主体的地位不会发生根本变化的情况下 ,加速发展“煤液化”产业 ,在 2 0 0 5年达到年产石油 80 0万t ,则对石油资源约束的缓解度达到8% [1] ,[2 ] 。因此 ,作为缓解我国经济增长要素约束 (石油资源 )的“煤液化”
