摘要
研究了提高供氧能力对土曲霉IFO-6365分批发酵生产衣康醚产酸能力的影响。当通风比为0.5,搅拌叶轮末端线速度为125.7cm/s时的最大衣康酸发酵产率分别比叶轮末端线速度为94.2cm/s和78.5cm/s高出1.28倍和3倍,当添加氧载体──正十二烷,叶轮末端线速度为78.5cm/s时,与对照相比,可提高产酸14%,但在高叶轮末端线速度条件下,加入正十二烷,只能促进菌体的生长,对发酵产酸呈抑制作用。
Effect of aeration rate and impeller tip speed on itaconic acid production was investigated in a batch culture of Aspergillus terreus IfO-6365. When impeller tip speed was 125.7cm/s at a fixed aeration rate of 0. 5 vvm, productivity of itacomic acid was 1. 28 and 3.0 times higher than those in the impeller tip speed of 94. 2 and 78. 5 cm/s, respectively. When impeller tip speed was 78. 5 cm/s, itaconic acid concentr concentration was increased 14% than the contral, by addition of the Oxygen-vectors-n-dodecane 5%. In hight impeller tip speed though n-dodecane can promote A. terreus growth, but it inhibit itaconic acid produce.
