摘要 采用纤维素降解菌和絮凝菌进行两段式发酵生产复合型生物絮凝剂,以纤维素降解菌HIT-3降解纤维素的产物作为絮凝菌F2的代谢底物,得到优良的复合型生物絮凝剂。试验结果表明,纤维素降解菌所产生的有机碳源和氮源完全能够被絮凝菌作为发酵的底物利用,且利用率在55.6%和56.7%,由此产生的絮凝剂的絮凝率为85.6%。由于该工艺对总碳和总氮有很好的转化与利用效果,使生物能源再利用具有可行性。 Two-step fermentation process was conducted by adopting compound bioflocculant producing bacteria composed of cellulose-degrading bacterium HIT-3 and flocculating bacterium F2. Taking the cellulose degrading metabolites of HIT-3 as the substrates of flocculating bacterium F2, an excellent compound bioflocculant was obtained. The results indicate that organic carbons and nitrogens produced the cellulose-degrading bacterium are sufficient to be used as the substrates required by the fermentation of flocculating bacterium. Their utilization rates are 55.6 % and 56.7% , and the flocculating rate is 85.6%. It is feasible to reuse bioenergy because this process has an effective transformation and utilization of TC and TN.
