絮凝剂发酵制备条件暨性能研究

摘要 以筛出的高效絮凝剂产生菌为对象,利用高岭土悬液处理前后紫外吸光值的变化测定絮凝效果。絮凝剂主要在对数期、稳定期产生,衰亡期初期积累量达到最大。C∶N为7∶1时最有利于菌体增殖,13∶1时最有利于絮凝剂产生。菌体可利用多种常见基质产生絮凝剂。其化学成分为多糖和蛋白,有效成分主要是多糖。絮凝剂可适应较大范围p H值、温度变化,多种金属阳离子均可加强絮凝效果,最佳投量是0.2 g/L。 Microbe able to produce flocculant efficiently we choose a selected as research object,its effect is tested by examining variation of ultraviolet absorption of kaolin suspension after being dealt with. Production mainly generated in log phase as well as stationary phase,and attains the maximum in decline phase. When the carbon / nitrogen ratio is 7 ∶ 1,cells grow readily,when it is 13 ∶ 1,accumulation of flocculant attains the maximum. The microbe is able to utilize medium from wide sources. The flocculant is composed of protein and polysaccharide and main effective chemicals is polysaccharide. The flocculant is geared to high temperature,wide p H value range metal positive ions can reinforce its effect,the best put volume is 0. 2 g / L。
