摘要
为了提高复合型产絮菌F2 F6的产絮能力 ,采用贫富营养交替的方法 ,利用发酵法生物制氢反应器排放的废液连续驯化复合型产絮菌F2 F6。试验结果表明 ,此驯化方法可以有效地促进复合型产絮菌F2 F6利用生物制氢废液产絮 ,絮凝率由 11 4 %提高到 92 4 %。调节高岭土悬浊液pH值的顺序对絮凝率有较大影响 ,后调节pH值比先调可以获得更高的絮凝率。生物絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂AlCl3 结合有更好的絮凝效果。
