摘要
从土壤中筛选出一株产生菌KLE1,经鉴定该菌株为产气肠杆菌(Klebsiellamobilis).利用乳品废水作为发酵培养基,该菌株产生多糖类微生物絮凝剂;Ca2+对该絮凝剂的助絮凝效果优于其它金属阳离子;采用红外扫描、zeta电位测定仪对絮凝机理进行研究,表明该絮凝剂主要以架桥作用为主.
A strain was screened from soil, identified as Klebsiella mobilis.It produces bioflocculant from dairy wastewater, which is thought of as a cheaper medium. The test results of bioflocculant activity for KLE-1 show that the bioflocculant, which is of polysaccharide bioflocculant, has high efficient of Kaolin clay.Bioflocculant activity can be apparently improved when using calcium ion as the flocculant-aid. There is no question that bridging operates the particles of the suspension by the way of infrared spectrum and zeta-potential measurements.
