摘要
采用微生物絮凝剂B-16对低浊度黄河水进行了絮凝净化试验研究,并将之与聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、聚丙烯酰胺、壳聚糖等絮凝剂的处理效果进行了对比。结果表明,该絮凝剂具有用量少、适应性广及处理效果好等优点,在复配试验中浊度和CODMn的去除率可分别达到85.5%和41%,并且对水体中藻类的去除率可以达到60.6%。动物急毒性试验表明小白鼠对该絮凝剂无急毒反应。该絮凝剂在给水处理中具有很好的应用前景。
The microbiological flocculant B-16 was used to treat the low turbidity Yellow River water,and it was compared with PAMDAAC,PAM and chitin.The result showed that flocculant B-16 had the properties of less dosage,wide applicability and high efficiency.Its removal rate of turbidity and CODMn were 85.5% and 41% respectively in a combination test.Its removal rates on algae was 60.6%.Animal toxicity test showed that flocculant B-16 had no acute toxicity on mice.It will have bright prospect in water treatment.
