摘要
菌株3和621是本实验室筛选得到能发酵木糖产生酒精的野生酵母菌,具有较好的耐高渗透压生长特性,实验表明菌株3可以耐受12%的NaCl、6%的乙醇和58%的葡萄糖;菌株621可以耐受16%的NaCl、4%的乙醇和61%的葡萄糖。经过18S rDNA同源性分析,菌株3鉴定为间型假丝酵母(Candida intermedia),而菌株621则为热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)。
Two wild yeast strains, isolated for xylose fermentation by our lab, could tolerate high osmotic pressure. Strain 3 could grow in liquid medium containing 12% NaCl, 6% ethanol and 58% glucose, while strain 621 could grow in liquid medium containing 16% NaCl, 4% ethanol and 61% glucose. With 18S rDNA analysis, strain 3 and 621 were identified as Candida intermedia and Candida tropicalis, respectively.
