丙酮酸野生酵母菌的筛选及其生理生化特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用各种方法从来自苏锡地区的多种样品中广泛分离出 2 0 0种野生酵母 ,然后借助纸上层析 ,获得 13株具有纯丙酮酸生产能力的菌株。对其中 2株的生理生化特性展开了进一步研究 ,初步认为其中 1株性状类似南极洲假丝酵母 (Candidaantarctica) ,另 1株属光滑球拟酵母 (Torulopsisglabrata) strains of wild yeast producing pure pyruvic acid were screened with the aid of paper chromatography for their ability from 200 strains of wild yeast obtained from various samples of Wuxi area.Two of them were further studied on biophysical and biochemical characteristics.One of them was similar with Candida antarctica ,the other Torulopsis glabrata .\;
