摘要
研究了IBA不同浓度处理对蒙椴嫩枝扦插生根的影响,并对其影响生根的机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:IBA处理显著提高了插条生根率,增加了成活苗的生根数和根长,明显缩短了生根时间。IBA处理还显著提高了插条生根期内GA3含量、IAA含量、可溶性总糖含量及IAA/ABA比值,降低了ABA的含量,对蒙椴嫩枝扦插生根有明显的促进作用,其中IBA 500 mg/kg处理生根效果最好,生根率比对照提高82.0%,生根时间比对照缩短5 d。
The effect of the different concentration of IBA on the softwood cutting of Tilia rnongolica during rooting was studied, and the mechanism affecting rooting was also discussed. The results show that the rooting ratio and number of roots were evidently increased, and rooting period was decreased after treated with IBA. IBA improved IAA/ABA ratio and the content of IAA, GA3, soluble sugar of cuttings, reduced the contents of ABA during the rooting period. IBA promoted remarkably rooting of Tilia mongolica softwood cutting. The rooting result of the cutting treated with IBA 1 000 mg/kg was better than others. The rooting ratio of the cutting treated with IBA 500 mg/kg increased 82.0 %, and the rooting period shortened 5 days than the control group.
