摘要 【目的】探讨植物生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)对月季扦插成活效果的影响,为月季规模化扦插育苗提供技术支持。【方法】采用速蘸法(2~3 s),以不同浓度的NAA、IBA及NAA和IBA等量混合液处理月季品种"卡罗拉"插穗,统计其成活率、平均生根条数、原叶保留率,比较其根系及植株生长情况,分析不同组合的植物生长调节剂对月季扦插成活的效应。【结果】不同浓度的NAA、IBA及等量NAA和IBA混合液对月季扦插效果影响不同,均以250 mg/L处理的成活率最高。当NAA浓度为250 mg/L时,月季扦插成活率达83.33%,根系发达,根短粗,植株生长最好;当IBA浓度为250 mg/L时,成活率为93.33%,植株长势最好,根系发达,根细而长,须根多;当等量NAA和IBA混合配制成250 mg/L时,月季扦插成活率均高于单独使用NAA、IBA的成活率,达95.33%,植株健壮,根系发达且须根多。【结论】使用适宜浓度的IBA和NAA处理月季插穗,有利于提高月季扦插成活率。在生产上,以浓度为250 mg/L的等量NAA和IBA混合液速蘸月季插穗2~3 s,可以明显提高月季扦插成活率,提高生产效率。 [Objective]Effects of plant growth regulator naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and lndole butyric acid (IBA) at different concentrations on survival of rose cutting were explored in order to provide technical support for seedling raising in large scale of rose cutting.[Method]Using method rapod dipping (2-3 s),Carola cutting slips were treated by different concentrations of NAA and IBA to statistically record survival rate,average root number and the primary leaves reserving rate,compare the root and plant growth situation and analyze the impact of plant growth regulator under different concentrations on the rose cutting survival rate.[Result]Different concentrations of NAA,IBA and mixed solution of equal amount of NAA and IBA had different effects on rose cuttage survival.The concentration of 250 mg/L produced the highest survival rate.When the concentration of NAA was 250 mg/L,the survival rate reached 83.33% with developed root system,stout root and best plants growth.When the concentration of IBA was 250 mg/L,the survival rate was 93.33% with best plants growth potential,developed root system,thin and longroots and many fibrous roots.When the mixture prepared by equal amount of NAA and IBA was 250 mg/L,the survival rate was higher than that of using NAA or IBA alone,which was up to 95.33%.The plants were robust with strong roots and numerous fibrous roots.[Conclusion] Using the appropriate concentration of IBA and NAA before cutting may improve the survival rate of cuttings of Chinese rose.In production,250 mg/L solution of equal amounts of NAA and IBA dipped the cuttings for 2-3 s can greatly improve the survival rate and the production efficiency.
