摘要
濒危植物南方红豆杉种群数量稀少,但在园林、林业、药学等领域有着广泛的需求。在南方红豆杉引种地——太原市对其进行露地扦插繁殖试验,以期扩大南方红豆杉在引种地的生产与应用。结果表明,引种地太原用200 mg/kg的GGR处理插穗24 h,成活效果最好,成活率为54%。
Taxus mairei,a kind of endangered plant,is rare in the natural communities,however,it is widely needed by landscape gardening,afforestation and pharmacy,etc.The author chose Taiyuan city as the introduction site to carry out an experiment of Taxus mairei cutting propagation aimed at expanding the production and application of Taxus mairei in Taiyuan.The result indicated that the cutting slips,treated with 200 mg/kg of GGR for 24 hours on Taiyuan introduction site,could reach the best survival effect and the survival rate was 54%.
