摘要
该文采用自动定时喷雾装置进行了梅花嫩枝扦插相关因子的试验。结果表明,在梅花22个品种中,‘崂山官粉’、‘三轮玉蝶’的生根率大于80%;梅花扦插最适宜的基质为泥炭,最适宜的激素浓度为IBA 1 500~2 500mg/kg。低浓度(10~40mg/kg)的6-BA,可促进梅嫩枝生根。试验使用气质联用仪分析了插穗内的激素含量,发现生根过程中插穗IAA/ABA含量的稳定有利于生根。
Among 22 cultivars of Mei flower,the rooting percentage of‘Laoshan Gongfen’and‘Sanlun Yudie’was higher than 80 % in Eumume Branch.4 kinds of media were used to choose the optimum medium in this experiment.The order of medium used in cutting was peat,coco coir,vermiculate,and perlite,that giving higher percentage of rooting arranged forwardly.The result shows that the optimum concentration of IBA for pro- moting rooting is among IBA 1 500~2 500mg/kg.Low concentration 6-BA could be added to improve rooting in Mei cuttings.The effect shows that steady IAA/ABA ratio is favorable for rooting.
