摘要
银杏具有较高的药用价值,需求逐年增加,而供源却相对不足。主要原因是采用传统的种子繁殖方式需较长的生长发育周期、结实晚。近年来,人们对银杏的栽培繁殖方式进行了深入的研究,以求在保持银杏树优良性状的同时,促进提早开花、结实。其中关于银杏的微体繁殖的研究将成为今后研究的重点。
Ginkgo has high medicine value.The demand for it is increasing year by year,but the supply is in some degree of deficiency.Main reason is that traditional seed reproduction method need long time to growth and develop.Recently, futher studies about Ginkgo reproduction method is to keep good characters of Ginkgo ,at the same time, promote effloresce and burliness ahead of time.Among them,the tissue culture of Ginkgo will be the keystone in future.
