摘要
综述了一种环保新型材料——壳聚糖多糖膜的性质、制备、性能及应用等方面的研究进展,并提出未来功能性多糖膜的发展趋势。
The research progresses of performance, preparation,properties and applications of a new environmental friendly material-polysaccharide chitosan film were summarized. The development trend of the functional polysaccharide film in the future was also put forward.
