摘要
以虾蟹壳中提取的甲壳素为原料,采用冷冻解冻法,通过NaOH/尿素溶液反复冷冻解冻制备了一种新型甲壳素凝胶。利用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪和同步热分析仪等方法对甲壳素、甲壳素凝胶进行表征,还分别探究了甲壳素粉末、甲壳素凝胶在干、湿状态下对铜(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能。结果表明:甲壳素水凝胶的吸附效果远优于甲壳素粉末,而甲壳素干凝胶的吸附效果远优于甲壳素水凝胶。通过对比不同商用甲壳素,发现甲壳素凝胶(东京化成工业株式会社)的热稳定性好、孔径大(324nm)、比表面积大(13.90m^(2)/g),且对铜(Ⅱ)离子的最大吸附量达到99.25mg/g,具有优良的吸附能力与应用前景。
A new chitin gel was prepared by chitin extracted from shrimp and crab shells by freeze-thawing method through repeated freeze-thawing of NaOH/urea solution.Chitin and chitin gel were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and synchronous thermal analyzer(TGA).The adsorption performance of chitin powder and chitin gel on Cu(Ⅱ) ions in dry and wet states were also investigated.The results showed that the adsorption effect of chitin hydrogel was much better than that of chitin powder, while the adsorption effect of chitin dry gel was much better than that of chitin hydrogel.By comparing with different commercial chitin, the chitin gel prepared from chitin purchased by Tokyo Kasei Kogyo Co.,Ltd.had good thermal stability, large pore size(324 nm),large specific surface area(13.90 m^(2)/g),and the maximum adsorption capacity of 99.25 mg/g for copper ions, which had excellent adsorption capacity and application prospects.
