季铵化壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇阴离子交换膜的制备 被引量:1

Preparation of Anion Exchange Membrane Made by Quaternary Ammonium Chitosan Blending with Polyvinyl Alcohol

摘要 利用壳聚糖(CS)制备季铵化壳聚糖(QCS),将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混后制得一系列不同配比的QCS/PVA阴离子交换膜,对膜的吸水率、溶胀度、离子交换率等进行了测试和分析。结果表明:季铵化壳聚糖与聚乙烯醇有较好的相容性;膜的吸水率、溶胀度、离子交换率随季铵化壳聚糖含量增大而增大;共混膜结构均匀,热稳定性良好。 Quaternary ammonium chitosan (QCS) was synthesized by chitosan (CS). A series of different proportions anion exchange membranes were prepared by QCS blending with PVA. Water absorption, swelling degree, ion exchange rate of the films were tested and analyzed. The results showed that QCS and PVA had good compatibility. The more content QCS, the more increase in water absorption, the degree of swelling and ion exchange rate of the membrane. Blend membrane had a uniform structure and good thermal stability.
