摘要
以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)为改性剂,利用超声波的空化作用对壳聚糖进行季铵化改性,合成了羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC)。制备的优化工艺为:以异丙醇为溶剂,CTA与壳聚糖摩尔分数比1∶6,温度70℃,超声波功率100W,作用时间3h,制得的壳聚糖季铵盐取代度为0.84。将得到的产物用作活性染料固色剂,可将染色织物的摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度和日晒牢度提高0.5~1级。
2-Hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride chitosan (HTCC) was prepared using 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl- ammonium chloride (CTA) as the grafting agent assisted with cavitation of ultrasonic wave and the reaction conditions were studied. The optimal preparation process was as follows: ultrasound irradiating time 3 h, ultrasound power 100 W, 2-propanol as solvent, the mole ratio of chitosan to CTA of 1:6, reaction temperature ?0 ℃, the graft rate of the product could reach 0.84. With the prepared fixative, the color fastness to rubbing, soaping and light of the reactive dyed fabric was improved by 0. 5 -1grade.
