摘要
伊春随着森林资源的逐渐枯竭,出现了主导产业衰退的现象。针对这种现象,根据主导产业选择基准,结合伊春地区的实际情况,建立了选择主导产业的指标体系,即比较优势指标(区位商、市场占有率、产业利税率、产业贡献率)、产业发展潜力指标(比较劳动生产率、需求收入弹性)、可持续发展指标(总资产贡献率、成本费用利润率)、就业能力指标(就业吸纳率、投入创造的就业率);运用层次分析法,通过建立层次分析图、确定指标的权重、指标的标准化处理、综合评分等步骤,对伊春现有工业总产值居前9位的产业进行了定量分析,确立黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、木材加工及木、竹、藤、棕、草制品业为伊春地区的主导产业,并把生态旅游业作为伊春地区的主导产业进行重点培育。
With gradually drying up along with the forest resources, the leading industry declined in Yichun. In view of this phenomenon, this article chose the data according to the leading industry, and has established the target system of choosing leading industry unifying the actual situation of the Yichun area, namely comparison superiority target （position business, market share, industrial profits and taxes rate, industrial technical progress factor）, industrial development potential target （compared with labor productivity, demand income elasticity）, sustainable development target （total property technical progress factor, profit margin of cost and expense）, employment ability target （employment buying in rate, employment rate of investment and creation） ; Through establishing level analysis chart, determining target weight, standardizing the target, integrated grades and so on, the article has carried on the quantitative analysis to industry that the existing scale above of Yichun using the level analytic method. Finally it established ferrous metal smelting and the rolling processing industry, the woodworking and the wood, the bamboo, the cane, brown, the grass product industry as the leading industry of Yichun, and took the ecology tourism as the leading industry which was carried on the key support project in Yichun.
