摘要
为寻找县域林业产业的合理发展方向,提升市级产业发展规划水平,采用基尼系数分解法和偏离-份额分析法研究了2006—2018年福建省三明市下辖各区县的林业产业结构、三次产业竞争力以及林业产业结构对林业经济增长的影响。结果表明:三明市各区县林业发展较不平衡,林业二产、三产基尼系数均高于警戒值,以林业第二产业为主的产业结构转型尚未完成;林业第三产业对区域林业贡献较低,各县尚未形成自身核心竞争力,竞争优势不明显,三明市需根据各县林业实际发展情况,有针对性地制定县域林业发展政策。
In order to find the rational development direction of different county forestry industries and enhance the ability of city-level industrial development planning,the Gini coefficient decomposition method and the deviation-share analysis method were used to study the forestry industry structure and industrial competitiveness of the districts and counties under the jurisdiction of Sanming City from 2006 to 2018 as well as the impact of county forestry industry structure on forestry economic growth.The study found that,overall,the forestry development in all counties of Sanming City is relatively unbalanced,and the Gini coefficients of the secondary and tertiary forestry are higher than the alert value.Also,the transformation of the industrial structure which was dominated by the secondary forestry industry has not been completed.The tertiary forestry industry has made low contributions to regional forestry,and each county has not yet formed its own core competitiveness,and its competitive advantages are not obvious.Thus Sanming City needs to formulate county-level forestry development policies in accordance with the actual development of forestry in each county.
