摘要
采用5种溶剂从一点红中提取黄酮,比较了不同提取溶剂的黄酮含量和不同溶剂提取的黄酮对食用油脂的抗氧化性能。结果表明,65%丙酮提取溶剂得到的黄酮含量最高,抗氧化活性最强。同时对猪肉、鱼肉的保鲜效果进行了初步的探讨。
Flavonoids ofEmilia sonchifolia DC were got from five sowents respectively. The extracting rates and flavonoid contents by different solvents were compared, flavonolds of the leaf extracts was tested on edible oil. It was found that the flavonoids obtained by 65% acetone extracting solvent showed the highest activety and flavonolds contents. A study was also carried out on conservation of fresh meat.
