摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定一点红中克氏千里光碱含量的方法。方法:用Kromasil RP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(15∶85∶0.1∶0.4),检测波长为220 nm。结果:克氏千里光碱在10.04~200.80μg· mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为96.34%,RSD为1.80%(n=6)。结论:此法快速、简便,专属性好,可用于一点红药材中克氏千里光碱的限量检查,为2015年版《中国药典》拟增订药材一点红的质量控制奠定基础。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of senkirkine in Herba Emiliae.Methods:The detection was performed on a Kromasil RP-C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) at UV wavelength of 220 nm.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile, water, phosphoric acid and triethylamine (15∶85∶0.1∶0.4 ).Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.04-200.80 μg· mL-1 of senkirkine ( r=0.9998 ).The average recovery was 96.34% with RSD of 1.80% ( n=6 ).Conclu-sion:The HPLC method is simple , rapid and accurate for determining senkirkine in Herba Emiliae which can be used for limit detec-tion of senkirkine in Herba Emiliae.The developed method was served for the quality evaluation of Herba Emiliae.
