摘要
以总黄酮提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理,设计三因素三水平的响应面法试验,优化得到一点红总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:以70%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶6.48(g∶mL),超声提取38.75min,在此条件下总黄酮的理论含量为15.6 mg·g^(-1)。
Based on the results of the single-factor tests and the Box-Behnken central composite experimental design principles,a response surface methodology which have three factors and three levels was designed to optimize the extraction process of Emilia sonchifolia based on the yield of total flavonoids. A theoretical yield at 15. 6 mg · g^(-1)of total flavones was achieved under the optimal conditions: 70% alcohol was used as extraction solvent,solid-liquid rate 1 ∶ 6. 48( g: mL),the ultrasonic extraction time was 38. 75 min.
