摘要
综述野营房的生产现状和发展方向,着重论述了以深型瓦楞板为结构表面的野营房的结构设计和制造工艺。该野营房在制造中应用了超细玻璃丝棉作为保温材料,应用钢制防盗门和高分子防火、防水等新型材料,并严格控制焊接、防锈和喷漆等关键工艺,不仅保证了整体强度高,而且使野营房具有外形美观、内装简洁、保温性能好、使用性强等特点,提升了产品档次。
In this paper, the production status and development trend of Mobile Field Camp is summarized. At the same time Structural Design and Manufacturing Process of Mobile Field Camp whose structure superficies is a deep corrugated board is emphatically analyze. In Mobile Field Camp, the superfine glass wool is used as heat insulating material, steel security door, fire proofing and water proofing, and new materials of macro-molecule all are used. The critical process, such as welding, rust-prevention, sprays painting and so on, is strictly controlled. The overall specifications of Mobile Field Camp is advanced and is characteristics of high overall strength, beautiful outside, simple inbuilt, good heat insulating and strong adaptability.
