摘要
针对极端环境温度的特点,采用模块式野营房整体设计方案,从保温材料、采暖方式、电器件的选用、供排水材料以及低温钢材焊接工艺等方面具体阐述了极端环境温度下模块式野营房关键组成部分的设计:选用高密度高热阻值阻燃型玻璃棉作为高寒地区营房专用保温材料;采用目前较为先进的远红外碳纤维电热壁画供暖系统进行采暖;选用-60~70℃温度范围的电源插接装置;供水系统全部使用硅胶软管,排水系统全部使用钢管,外缠自动控温伴热电缆,同时最外层加装聚氨酯发泡管;优选焊材,作好焊前防护,采用合理的焊接措施,及时焊接接头进行后热保温处理.该野营房具有良好的安全性、环保性、舒适性,可以为野外施工人员提供舒适的生活和工作环境,拥有广阔的市场应用前景.
According to the characteristics of extreme ambient temperature,in terms of the overall layout,insulation materials,heating methods,the choice of electrical parts,water supply and drainage materials,and low-temperature steel welding technology,modular camp design under extreme ambient temperatures is elaborated.The application shows that using this camp could deal with camp safety,environmental protection,comfort,sealing and other issues under extremely low and high temperature,and it provides a comfortable living and working environment for field construction personnel.
