摘要
为应对野战条件下弹药面临的储存环境恶劣条件,提出了基于超级蜂窝夹芯板材的野战弹药箱组,给出了整体式和快速拼装式2种设计方案。采用有限元仿真和试验方式,对该野战弹药箱组结构刚强度和保温保湿效果进行了验证。结果表明,该野战弹药箱组结构刚强度满足使用要求,可以应对弹药储存环境,在无源条件下,湿度控制可以满足要求,温度控制无法满足要求。基于对试验结果的分析,提出了无源温控的后续研究路径。研究结果可以应用于部队野外弹药储存,也可为其他类似问题的解决提供借鉴。
The field ammunition faced the problem of adverse storage circumstances,in order to solve this problem,one kind of field ammunition box was carried out based on super honeycomb sandwich panel,a unitary box design and a quick assembly box design were proposed.FEM and physical sample were used to verification structure stiffness and strength,thermal insulation and moisture holding.The results showed that the structure stiffness and strength can meet the demand,the box can improve the storage circumstances.Under the passive condition,humidity can meet the demand,temperature does not meet the demand.Based on the analysis of results,the technical path of passive temperature control was proposed.The research results of this paper can used to improve the storage environment of field ammunition,it can also apply to other similar issues.
