摘要
目的研究中药复方消瘤平(X L P)提取液的抗肿瘤作用。方法于小鼠右前肢腋窝皮下接种肿瘤细胞后给药,观察药物对瘤重的影响;与化疗药物合用,观察XLP对化疗药物的增效和减毒作用;用MTT法观察XLP对荷瘤鼠T细胞增生的影响;用血清药理学方法,观察XLP对几种肿瘤细胞生长的影响。结果XLP有抑制S180肿瘤的作用,对注射用环磷酰胺(C T X)、替加氟片(F T-2 0 7)治疗H 2 2肿瘤有增效作用,对F T-2 0 7、C T X治疗荷S180小鼠所致的白细胞降低有抑制作用,可增强荷瘤小鼠T细胞增生能力,含药血清对多种肿瘤细胞有抑制作用。结论XLP有明显的抗肿瘤作用,对化疗药物有一定的增效减毒作用。
Objective To observe the anti-tumor activity of Xiaoliuping （XLP） Extract which was a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The tumor cells were inoculated in the fight front armpits of the mice, then the effect of XLP on the mass of tumor was observed; the synergism and attenuation effects of XLP with chemical anti-tumor agents in treating tumor-bearing mice were observed; the effects of XLP on T-cell proliferation were observed by the MTT method and the inhibitory effect of XLP on several tumor cells were observed by serum-pharmacological method. Results XLP could inhibit the S 180 tumor cells, enhance the antitumor effects of CTX and FT-207 on H22-bearing mice, weaken the WBC-reducing effects of FT-207 and CTX on S 180-bearing mice, and elevate the proliferation of T-cell of S 180-bearing mice. The mice serum containing XLP showed the inhibitory effects on several tumor cells. Conclusion XLP has a significant anti-tumor effect and it showed synergism and attenuation actions with anti-tumor agents.
