摘要
目的建立测定替加氟片含量及其溶出度的高效液相色谱法。方法分析柱为惠普C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(10∶5∶85),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为271 nm。结果替加氟进样量在2.041~4 082 ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.56%,RSD=0.13%(n=9)。替加氟的检测限和定量限分别为1.4 ng和4.7 ng。结论所用方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于替加氟片的常规分析。
Objective To develop an HPLC method to determine the content and dissolution of Tegafur Tablets.Methods The C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used as analytical column.Mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water(10 ∶5 ∶85),flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 271 nm.Results The standard curve was linear in the concentration range from 2.041-4 082 ng for tegafur(r=0.999 9),the average recoveries of tegafur was 99.56%with RSD of 0.13%(n=9).The limit of detection and quantitation for the assay were 1.4 and 4.7 ng,respetively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the routine analysis of resveratrol.
