顺从心理定式导致现有人力资源管理面临困境,基于胜任力的人力资源管理有助于克服上述困境,追寻绩效卓越的胜任力是这种管理理论的核心,但基于胜任力的人力资源管理也面临着挑战。人力资源管理的发展逻辑是追寻辩证的卓越者。
In creative economy, the obedient mental set leads to a dilemma facing existing human resources management. The human resources management with competency is helpful to overcome the dilemma and pursuing excellent job performance is the core of the new management theory. However, it is also challenged. The development logic of human resources management is to seek for the dialectical elites for the job.
