摘要
人力资源管理和企业绩效之间的中介机制研究受到了越来越多的关注。本文从理论构建和实证研究两个方面讨论了近年来该领域取得的进展和存在的局限性,并对今后的研究提出了一些建议。
In recent years more and more attention has been paid to the intermediate linkages responsible for the relationship between HRM and firm performance. Achievements and limitations on this research subject are discussed from two aspects : theory building and empirical studies. Suggestions of the future research are also provided.
