摘要
为了研究一种有望应用于计算机直接制版(computer-to-plate,CTP)的光敏成像版材配方,先以对甲酚和甲醛为原料合成一种交联剂,利用IR、TG进行结构表征;将它和一种线性酚醛树脂配制成涂膜液,其中分别掺加2种三嗪类光生酸剂,通过曝光、烤版、显影研究成像过程,并利用膜厚变化和表面特性变化研究成像性能。
A kind of imaging component based on photo-acid generator and acid-sensitive cross-linking novolac resin is used to make a kind of photosensitive imaging system. First, a kind of cross-linking reagent for novolac resin is synthesized from p-cresol with formaldehyde. Its structure is identified by IR and TG; Second, the reagent with one kind of linear novolac resin and photo-acid generator are dissolved to prepare coating solution. Finally, the film from coating solution is exposed, baked and developed to find its image process as well as the image performance.
