摘要
在大量的文献调研及以前工作的基础上,研制出热敏负性CTP版。其热敏层的基本组成为:(1)线型酚醛树脂;(2)羟甲基酚醛树脂;(3)产酸源;(4)红外吸收染料。这种版材需要热扫描后的预热处理过程。该版材具有高分辨率、高耐印力及明室操作等特点。
Based on the massive literatures and the former research done by our laboratory, negative-working thermal plate was designed and worked out. The radiation sensitive layer is comprised of (1) a novolac resin,(2) a resole resin, (3) a latent braised acid, and (4 ) an infrared light absorber. This plate requires a preheat step after imaging. The plate delivers outstanding performances:high resolution, longer run lengths, white-light handling.
