英国中小学校长领导力培训的实践及其启示 被引量:3

摘要 校长领导力的持续性发展,是英国实施持续性专业发展战略的重要任务之一。近年来,英国国家和地方有关机构通过实施需求评估、重塑培训理念、改革培训内容与方式等措施,对中小学校长领导力培训进行了改革。其中许多先进理念和有效实践对我国完善促进校长专业发展的培训体系有一定借鉴意义。
