摘要
小学校长的决策力与执行力对学校发展的影响是多方面的,不仅决定学校未来发展方向,还影响师资队伍、教学课程、教学品牌建设与管理。当前小学校长决策力与执行力存在不足,需采取改进和完善对策。加强自身学习,提高决策力与执行力;凝聚共识,憧憬学校的未来发展前景;提高创新意识,营造良好的变革氛围;并注重文化建设,重视制度建设,加强校长绩效考核。
Primary school headmasters' decision-making and enforcement ability exerts various effects on school development, not only determining future school development, but also influencing teaching staff, courses and teaching brand construction and management. Currently, there are defects in primary school headmasters' decision-making and enforcement ability, requiring corresponding strategies to improve the situation. The strategies are as follows: improving decision-making and enforcement ability by enhancing self-improvement, expecting future school development by consolidating consensus, establishing a good reform atmosphere by improving innovation consciousness, strengthening headmasters' performance evaluation through culture construction and system building.
