摘要
为提高单组分聚氨酯(PU)密封胶的力学性能,以混合聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)为原料,先制得预聚体,然后采用有机官能性硅烷(A-1100)对其进行封端,最后配以各种助剂和填料制得了单组分硅氧烷改性PU密封胶。探讨了二元醇与三元醇的比例、封端剂及增塑剂的用量对密封胶性能的影响。研究结果表明,当二元醇与三元醇的质量比为1∶1~3∶2、封端剂的用量为3%~12%和增塑剂的用量为20% ̄25%时,改性后的密封胶力学性能较佳。
In order to improve the property of one-component polyurethane(PU) sealant,using blend polyether polyol and TDI as the main raw material,the isocyanate-terminated PU prepolymers were prepared,then the silane-terminated PU prepolymers were prepared with organic functionality silicone(A-1100), and the one-component silicone-modified PU sealant was prepared by adding fillers and other agents. The effect of ratio for dihydric and trihydric in polyether polyol, the content for the silicone terminal agent and plasticizer on the PU sealant property are studied. The results showed when the mass ratio of dihydric and trihydric in polyether polyol was between 1:1 and 3:2,the mass fraction of the silicone terminal agent was between 3% and 12% ,and the mass fraction of DOP was between 20% and 25%,the property of the one-component silicone-modified PU sealant was better.
