介绍了有机硅烷偶联剂的结构特点;概述了近年来硅烷偶联剂在胶粘剂和粘接技术方面的应用效果;指出了悉心采用硅烷偶联剂则是胶粘剂和粘接性能改善的有效途径。
The structural feature ofsilan coupling agents was introduced. Application effects of the silane coupling agents in adhesives and bonding technology during recent years were summerized.This paper indicated that carefully adopting ofsilan coupling agents is an efficient mean to improve adhesive performance and bonding properties.
