ANSYS/FLOTRAN在摇臂式喷头压力损失分析中的应用

摘要 利用ANSYS建立了装有稳流器的中压摇臂式喷头的CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)数值模型,对不同的工作压力进行了模拟计算,得到喷头流道压力等值线图和压力损失值,并利用台架实验进行了验证。结果表明,摇臂式喷头流道压力损失模拟计算值与台架实验值之间的平均偏差均小于2.5%,从而确定可用仿真模拟计算代替台架实验,研究喷头流道水力性能,减少了实验次数,为摇臂式喷头流道结构的优化研究提供了有效的手段。 CFD numerical model of rocker sprinkler head in middle pressure with regulator was established by ANSYS software. Pressure equivalent distribution diagram and pressure losing value of the inner flow fields of sprinkler head were obtained by simulation at the different pressure. And it was also identified with practical experiment. The results show that value of imitation experiment and practical experiment are identical in the main and the ratio of error is under 2.5 percent. So it can use the imitation experiment instead of practical experiment to research on the properties of water power of sprinkler head. It can reduce the times of experiment, and also provide an effective means to structure of inner flow fields of rocker sprinkler head.
