摘要 ANSYS/FLOTRAN是基于有限元技术的CFD软件,是求解二维、三维流体流动和传热问题的强有力的工具。通过使用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS/FLOTRAN,激活标准K-ε湍流模型,对不同工作压力下的安装不同型式稳流器的中压摇臂式喷头内流场进行数值模拟分析,得到摇臂式喷头内流场的速度矢量图及压力等值线图。此分析直观地反映了摇臂式喷头内流场的压力变化,并且,通过比较分析,可得到一定工作压力下压力损失值最小的摇臂式喷头,即最佳结构摇臂式喷头,为摇臂式喷头的优化设计提供了理论参考。 ANSYS/FLOTRAN is a CFD software based on finite element method. It is a powerful tool for solving two- dimensional and three-dimensional fluid flow and transmitting heat problems. Computer software ANSYS/FLOTRAN was used to apply the normal K- ε turbulent model. Installing different types of stabilizers under the different pressures, a numerical analysis was made for simulating the pressure changes inside flow fields of the impact sprinkler. The speed vector graph and pressure isoline map of inner flow fields of rocker sprinklers were obtained. The analysis directly reflects the pressure changes of inner flow fields of rocker sprinkler. Through comparison and analysis, a impact sprinkler with minimum pressure loss under a certain working pressure was designed, which is the impact sprinkler of optimal structure. The theory reference is provided for optimization design of impact sprinkler.
